Russell King had a trust in Jersey called The Madeleine Trust - so-called after his daughter. He put his family home into a company name, Carrefour au Clerq Limited, which was owned by the Trust.
As Russell never has any money in his own name, this begs the question which family member has his money now? Is it Paula, Barry or Trevor?
